Full Pochettino and Axel Disasi post-match interview after draw against Bournemouth.

Mauricio Pochettino's Full Post-AFC Bournemouth Press Conference:

Mauricio Pochettino: "I cannot say that I am happy, but it was a very competitive game. I think we deserved more, we deserved to win. We created good chances and in the first half after 20, 30 matches I think we created many chances and didn't score. With 12 injuries and only three players that started today who were with us for these two weeks I think I need only need to say it was a really good effort from the team."

Mauricio Pochettino: "I think we need to be tough in the way that we are trying. We need to prove our efficiency in front of goal. We need to be calm also, but these circumstances are not always easy for the players. We cannot blame anyone."

Mauricio Pochettino on Marc Cucurullo: "He was ill. He arrived yesterday before training with a fever."

Mauricio Pochettino on Mykhailo Mudryk: "He is improving. He still needs to learn... He needs to understand the game better, try to be more connected sometimes with the team. We need to give the time and tools for him to improve..."

Mauricio Pochettino: "What the numbers say in the end is that it wasn't enough. It's always about the game. We should win 1-0, 2-0 today easily because in the first 30 minutes we had the chances..."

Mauricio Pochettino: "We were talking with Thiago to be more relaxed because sometimes the defensive player wants to help the team to score, and we need to be clever. Too many players are still learning... constructing a new team and we need to improve. In these types of games when you are pushing, if you cannot win - you cannot lose. One of the things I am disappointed about is we tried to go to much and we created more confusion and allowed the opponent more chances."

Mauricio Pochettino: "Because of expectations. I think the fans know if you invest the type of money, there is expectation. What I can tell the fans is the circumstance, I cannot change the reality. With all of the squad fit we can compete, we don't have all of the squad available, what can we do? For me, nothing to say, the fans can do this. 12 injured today... I am going to cry, I am going to complain, to who? I have to accept."

Mauricio Pochettino: "I told you before the season, Chelsea is about the win. Young players need to feel what it means to be a Chelsea player. I can understand emotion, football is about emotion. The fans will help the team win."

Mauricio Pochettino: "What can I do [patience not normal at Chelsea]? If you said to me today, we had all of our players and maybe we cannot win this game, maybe I can tell you yes, we need to think differently but with the circumstance we cannot lie..."

'I think again we need to complete the chances that we create,' he said. 'In the first 20 or 25 minutes we deserved to score but we did not score. At the end the game was open, in the last 15 or 20 minutes I think we wanted to win, sometimes we started to disorganize our line because the full back was so high, which gave Bournemouth the possibility to make some counterattacks against us in some transitions.

'We need to be more relaxed. Sometimes the defensive players want to help because the feeling is we are creating chances but do not score. Then we need to be clever but many of the players are still learning about the game. That happens when you are building a new team with many areas we need to improve. 'In these types of games when you are pushing and pushing trying to score and you cannot score, it is normal. But if you cannot win, you cannot lose the game. We are disappointed with the result because we wanted to win but of course we know the circumstances in the game. We deserved more but we didn’t get what we deserved.'

'There are expectations. I think the fans know if you invest the money that people talk about in the media there is expectation. If you do not win it is normal that the fans are not happy. What I can tell the fans are the circumstances, which we cannot change. The reality we cannot change. There are too many players not available.

'We will be strong when we have a full team. Any team in normal circumstances with all the team fit can compete. But what can we do? We have extraordinary belief but bad luck, because we have 12 injured players, plus then Cucurulla, Madueke and Caicedo today. So, we had young guys and two keepers on the bench.

'Am I going to cry or complain? No. I need to accept this challenge and keep being positive. Every team is going to compete and it’s going to be difficult, but fair or not fair those are the circumstances. We need to accept it and we need to be positive and patient. We are not going to change the way that we are going to do things.

'Then we have our opinion, our reality and how we assess the team. Given all the circumstances I think we are doing very good things, more than people can expect. But Chelsea’s expectation is always to win. We are creating something that we need to believe in. There are young guys who need to feel what it means to be a Chelsea player and what it means to play in the Premier League.'

Axel Disasi:  "[I feel] a little bit angry because I think we deserved to win. We missed so many chances so that's why the feeling is a little bit bad, but I think we saw good movement on the pitch, good action. We don't score so we have to improve..."

"I understand [the boos from fans]. They want us to win every game because we are Chelsea, we're ambitious. We have to win every game and I understand. I can say just to keep going together and I think in the future it will be good for the club."

"We believe, the coach and team are always positive. If we keep going in this way, it will be good."
